are the DLC's included in the steam release? I was going to buy them all together to play all the way through, but I don't see them. Beyond that, is there any reason to pay for it thru itch vs steam..I'd rather give it to you thru whichever gives you more profit ^.^

After playing all the way through it and cross ref between forums, yes its complete. I simply didn't feel like setting up a paypal. As far as the DLC's go they're separate instances of the game so they're not really expansion packs so much as they are "bonus content" so for ease of migraine I went through steam.
TLDR: They're the same but steam doesn't have the bonus content
In what world is this game "finished"? Yeah, you "accomplish" what the mc wanted from start, but you "end" the game with a big cliffhanger and no explanation to anything in the story ,announce 2 DLCs that you will of course charge for. Unfinished game and 4 DLCs, that doesn't happen even in the AAA games.
I never even bought this game and I feel scammed. The ending was sudden, and not even really an ending at all, the game itself refused to spend more than 5 seconds with each character, the skills are pointless, and nothing is ever explained. 0/10
Dev, if you don't provide us with the game we paid for we will be forced to make as much noise as possible on steam and in this chat and on all forums about how you stole from you original loyal fans.

I'm glad to say that you've made the combat system playable again, with the perks combined with the upgradable cards.
I'm glad a lot of those puzzles were skippable... they got annoying after awhile.
Only outright bad thing is the quicktime events! There's a very good reason most everyone doesn't use those, unless the whole game it based around them! :-( QTE suck!
Anyway I finally got to play through the whole game, of which I enjoyed the great majority of the story! :-)
Only one complaint... you didn't finish the story!
We have no idea what happens to them after they go into the sewers! That is NOT closure!
And the druid teaser at the end has no meaning unless we already got closure from the current story!
I want to know that they got away safe and sound! I want to know what it was they did to my characters sister to prepare her for the ritual! i want to know what the bleep the ceremony was supposed to entale! Was it a sex cult or a murder hobos cult? I want to know why we didn't get to burn down that cult house....
As it is, this ending just leaves me with a sour taste.... it's so vague! Again, until this last 2%, I really enjoyed it.
Quick note: Playing attack cards is a little annoying if you need to click on the target after every card. Perhaps consider having the user click a target, highlighting them, and then every attack card deals damage to the highlighted target.
So my guess is, and this is quite cynical, but, I suspect they've given up on the itch.io version, now that the Steam version has gone live. That's all they seem to care about at present, given their recent update posts, which, is actually quite annoying. So I wouldn't be holding out for them to patch the latest itch. updated version to the app for a while, if at all.

In addition, Gold Brooch should give you Meditation Skill, not Knowledge Anatomy which is USELESS and not functioning at all. How can you guys messed this so badly??? This was fine in 0.80 patch, but now it become rushed and bad updates. I'm sorry to say that I dont like this game anymore because it was fun on way back then, but now its just another bad updates without even fixing them correctly.
I need you fixed this issue with the HP and Enemy Skill placement because if you tried to fight Bosses or Spiders, you cant see them due it was obstructed by your own cards.

Yes tricking people into paying the full price several times by abusing the itch.io system is clearly intended. This type of fraudulent pricing is even mentioned on https://itch.io/docs/creators/pricing as not recommended.

What's funny is that, since it isn't mentioned above in the description, it's fraud. It's a known problem, and the explanation is somewhere buried in the comments, but that doesn't suddenly make it legal to not disclose that you lose your access to your purchase should the price go up.

We are not planning 4 dlc's. We are planning 2 DLCs that are already out there and sold on itch.io, but we will be expanding them.
About the game - Knightly Passions is finished. Hunter has reached his goal. But we left an open ending, hinting that there will be a sequel.

Hello, I played the demo version I guess and was very interested in playing the full version after I realized after some time.
But does it have party members/companions that fight along with you?
I noticed a comment about a year ago about this and the response was it was a possibility, I just don't know if it was implemented or not.
I think establishing relationships with these people in game and having them fight side by side would be great with what kind of theme this game is.
