As far as I know - you can make a refund, and buy the game for $10, and then you will receive all new updates on the day of release. Again, $10 is early access.

As far as I know, you have to make the return yourself. Purchase must be $10 in one payment. $5+$5 is two $5 purchases. Such is the logic of itch.

2. Remember the numbering of the quests that you have completed.
3. In the new version, start "New Game +" and skip those quests that you have already completed.
4. Enjoy.
