I already purchased the DLC "Between Life and Death", for the finished version, would it require a second time purchase or we'll be able to download with our first purchase?

I like the idea of what appears to be a kitsune fox girl or something of the sort, but is there unfortunately not gonna be any after-story or something like that with the sister? I like the idea of the siblings bonding over the adventures they shared, because it'd be wholesome! :D
