I only really have a few minor complaints, and it has to do a bit with names and sequence.
What bothers me the most is the rescued Maidservant, we don't know her name, and for some reason Mirina refers to her as the maidservant. Though it is supposed to be a secret that she is formerly a maidservant. A bit of content like a quest with the maidservant to learn her name, so that there is no more confusion, would be helpful.
I get from the Elf quest that names are important, and are only going to be learned on special occasions, but I find it strange and confusing that other characters don't use names. Especially with the nuns. They do not refer to each other by name, and at times even refer to another by hair color.
That is all that I have to say on this subject. I do really enjoy the game and am looking forward to more. Thank you.
I would personally enjoy more shopkeeper content, as well as slightly improved battle card functionality.
The shopkeeper is my favorite character in the game as far as attitude and looks are concerned. She might not be very curvy, but from her attitude you can tell she's not afraid of putting in a little more work to get things done.
The battle cards is a nice concept, but is in need of a little bit of polishing. There have been times where I wonder when my healing card is going to show up, only for it to seemingly vanish from my deck. Other times it seems it comes into play every other turn. I understand that it's somewhat luck based, but going into a battle and killing the enemy without them getting a single turn, only to repeat the same battle and not be able to kill them for three turns is slightly annoying.
I feel like being able to edit your deck could fix the problem. Being able to remove the defense cards could fix the problem, especially once you get to the point of one defense card giving enough defense to block everything.
The issue I see with this is editing to the point where you have no cards left in the deck, rendering you unable to engage in combat at all. Maybe minor amounts of editing, but not loading the deck so heavily one way or the other to prevent decks that would actually break the game.
the neat thing about structuring it like this is that each playthrough you can have a different affair with her or also maybe have her sell a potion for 3k to redo the quest chain from earlier to get new point for a new relationship for when you complete everything else in game n waiting for the new update
Yeah sleep fuck!
Not sure if you have ever played monster train, but the responsiveness of that game vs the responsiveness of this game when it comes to the battles is something that I hope you can improve, so it's a lot more responsive and faster and just smoother overall to make battles enjoyable. I do hope in the future we can craft some cool things at the blacksmith.
The arm wrestling game difficulty is dependent on your hardware. It is dead easy on my older tablet but I literally cannot tap the screen fast enough to beat it on my phone. (This isn't specific to the new update)
just finished 0.9c, and i have only one gripe: i hoped that the brunette nun would wake up and help when our hero was sexing her up in her cell, cuz otherwise it's really creepy to just be boinkin' a snoozing woman.
i'd love to see some thiccer ladies in updates to come, but i'm also eager to see more the the arms dealer, vampire and even arachne! as for combat, the cards seemed a little sticky/fiddly sometimes, but it mostly worked for me (on pc)
thanks for the great story you've created so far!
+1 to thicc and to it being generally creepy to have the Knight assaulting the nun at night. It’s… just not the vibe of this game, imo
The original artwork for the elf doggystyle scene was very good - I don’t dislike the new 3D animation, but I feel that it could benefit from another pass to bring it closer to the drawn scene.
In the previous version I somehow managed to trigger a couple scenes out of order; in particular, the elf got her clothes all by herself somehow.
Keep up the good work!
I was a bit sad that you don’t get a chance to try and save the elf’s mother and I’m still somewhat miffed that you are forced to lie to her no matter what. But those two are understandable. Especially the idea of forking the quest would be a gateway to spiraling content out of control so, ultimately, this is all what we have to live with, it’s no biggie
One thing that was a bit not here or there, I guess, is that with this new content I ended up playing through the whole game again, mostly because I had no way to tell that I knew of, what to toggle in the NG+ menu. So one thing that would be very handy for save-breaking updates like this would be to tag quests on the NG+ menu with the version they were introduced in
For future updates I’m particularly curious about what direction the Vampire is going to take. She looked like she had the potential to end up as an interesting character. Other threads seem to be all fine but they’re more straightforward, except perhaps for the bigger mess your sister has got into.
Mechanically, other than the NG+ thing, there are only a couple minor niggles. There are one or two minigames which still require mouse mashing (the spider cocoon rescue comes to mind) which is… eh. And it would be fun if, in combat, you had some way to defend from poison and dizzyness the same way you can prevent bleed if you block all the damage (other than dodging which is outside of your control). But these are pretty minor stuff. The base for everything is solid and I’m definitely looking forward to what comes next
